FUSE ONCOLOGY
Accelerating care to move at the speed of the patient
Radiation Oncology treatment on average starts 29 days after initial consult. Isolated software solutions eat into clinicians’ time with admin tasks, stealing precious moments from patient care. We’re on a mission to shorten the time-to-treatment to as little as 24 hours. Our suite of software solutions is working to revolutionize radiation oncology nationwide with automation and efficiency.
OUR STORY
From frustrations to the future foundation of RadOnc
Cone Health in Greensboro, N.C. hit a wall with cumbersome audit processes and clunky software solutions. Radiation therapists were burning six hours daily on document verification and coding reviews. Fed up, Cone seized control of charge capture. Fuse Oncology's co-founders B.J. Sintay and David Wiant — Cone's radonc exec director and chief physicist, and director of innovation respectively — birthed S!GNAL. The outcome: over $2M added directly to their bottom line. Fuse, born out of Cone Health in 2021, now stands on its own.
